Most organizations I have done well serving cannot afford the type of energy internally it takes to address these questions, but perhaps you can afford a fractional effort.
I can help in the following ways.
RECRUITER’S EDGE. This is a half day with your hand-selected staff/volunteers. I train them how to build a referred pipeline of potential team members for when you might need them. These are proven strategies learned over the last decade + from interviewing thousands of candidates and working with hundreds of church leaders.
HALF DAY TO CLARITY. I will spend about half a day with a young leader setting a baseline of what they want to have happen in their life. I’d call this thriving (or insert a different word if you’d like). I use some tools to help them get perspective, and then we know what to do over the coming weeks/months. Sometimes they need me to go with them. Other times this is all they need. It’s a conversation. It’s not a curriculum.
We both know I’ll probably be subscribing things that you and/or their supervisor perhaps have already said to them. But sometimes there’s a different tone from the weird prophet from out of town saying the same thing.
I believe just these two things will add value. You’ll get to the payoff soon.
