what i do

If you are concerned about your staff…primarily those in their 20s and 30s…thinking about turnover, if they might quit in the next 18 months, or where the next one is coming from, perhaps I can help.

Most organizations I have done well serving cannot afford the type of energy internally it takes to address these questions, but perhaps you can afford a fractional effort.

I can help in the following ways.
1. Coach/Manage churches & similar organizations in how to recruit. How to build a referred pipeline of potential team members for when you might need them.

2. One-on-one coaching. I spend about half a day with a young leader setting a baseline of what they want to have happen in their life. I’d call this thriving (or insert a different word if you’d like). I use some tools to help them get perspective, and then we know what to do over the coming weeks/months together. It’s a conversation. It’s not a curriculum. We both know I’ll probably be subscribing things that you and their supervisor perhaps has already said to them. But sometimes there’s a different tone from the weird prophet from out of town saying the same thing.

I believe just these two things will add value. You’ll get to the pay off soon.

Along the way we’ll become friends.
